Hello, everybody. I try to live my life with dignity, authenticity, and transparency, so I want to make it clear that some of the products and services I recommend on this blog (Home Decor) are considered “affiliates.”
A product that someone (like me) recommends is referred to as an affiliate. If the reader (you) purchases the product through someone’s (hopefully my) website, the person in question (again, me) receives a small fee for directing their customer to that product.
The commission is paid by the seller of the goods and does not affect the price you pay. As a result, it’s a win-win situation for you, me, and the company selling the product. After all, if I hadn’t told you about it, you wouldn’t have known, It’s possible you didn’t buy it.
To be clear, not all I recommend is an affiliate product because I just want to recommend products that I believe in, and some of those products do not have an affiliate program.
My aim with the blog is to help inform you about the topics we discuss, and I will always put you first. As a result, I make the following promises:

Please let me know if you try something I suggest and aren’t satisfied. After all, products, businesses, and times change, so what worked for me in 2013 might not work for you in 2021. If an item doesn’t perform as planned for you, I promise I’ll look into it so I can reconsider recommending it.

Affiliate commissions are currently the only type of compensation I get.
In general, I’ve used most of these products long before I became an affiliate, so I’m not out there testing them just to get paid to recommend them. I occasionally suggest products I haven’t tried if they’ve been recommended by someone I know and trust.
